Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring displays are well-stocked and properly shown. You will travel to multiple store locations to complete merchandising tasks, using your own mobile device to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Responsibilities include stocking and organizing displays, coordinating with store personnel, and reporting results via the mobile app.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to various store locations within a designated region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the company’s mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a specific area or region.
