Job summary

Best Buy in Lenexa, KS is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products and recommend solutions that meet individual needs.

You’ll handle cashier duties, assist with in-store and curbside pickup, and keep the floor well stocked while learning about new tech. Training is provided to build confidence in product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
