Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Substitute Teacher to join The Marvin Children's Center in Norwalk, CT. You will assist with hands-on activities, communicate with parents about daily milestones, and help maintain a safe, welcoming classroom.

Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED; 1 year of childcare experience is preferred. A CDA/AA/BA in early education or related field is preferred. This is an in-person, year-round role with flexible hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
