Job summary

The Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking ESS substitute teachers to support daily classroom instruction in the Willmar area. You will follow lesson plans, assist students, and help maintain regular classroom routines while a licensed teacher is absent.

ESS provides flexible daily and long-term opportunities across K-12 districts; candidates typically hold an associate degree, Minnesota Substitute License, and pass a background check, enabling you to contribute to student learning

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree.
• Minnesota Substitute Licensee.
• Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while regular teacher is absent
• Review and implement regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
• Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to school administration
• Perform other duties as directed by school administration
