Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching license or substitute teaching license.
• Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Ability to manage student behavior effectively.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and deliver instruction effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans that have been prepared by the regular classroom teacher.
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment.
• Manage student behavior effectively.
• Follow all school policies and procedures.
• Communicate with school administrators and other teachers as needed.
• Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher regarding student progress and behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
