Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students during the school day.
Identify students' academic needs and develop personalized tutoring plans.
Help students understand concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for exams.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Organize and conduct after-school tutoring sessions.
Work with small groups or individuals to reinforce classroom concepts.
Monitor and track students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
Collaborate with teachers to provide in-class support during lessons.
