Job summary

Stretch Zone in Reston, VA is seeking a motivated Stretch Practitioner to join our studio team. This role focuses on one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and creating personalized routines to help clients reach their wellness goals.

No prior stretch-practitioner certification is required. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and work toward becoming certified Stretch Practitioners. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Energetic, personable and client-focused demeanor.
• Experience in fitness/health/ movement is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with sales conversations to recommend services that meet client needs.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a studio team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.
• Build stretching routines based on client goals, mobility and needs.
• Deliver high-quality, professional sessions while adhering to studio standards.
• Communicate with clients during sessions and adjust techniques as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stretching area before, during and after shifts.
• Demonstrate stretches to prospective clients and discuss benefits; help convert demos to memberships.
