Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to perform flexible, independent delivery and data-collection work at partner stores. You choose hours within the client's window and your earning potential grows with productivity.

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, HS diploma, and smartphone to run the pricing app are required. Comprehensive training is provided and you can earn a guaranteed hourly minimum in some areas.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments via pricing app and client windows.
• Complete tasks on time with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support multiple sites with safe driving practices and proper lifting.
• Follow store protocols and project criteria during collections.
• Attend required training and maintain equipment in good condition.
