RDSolutions is hiring for a flexible side-hustle Research Associate role. You can choose your hours and your income, with training provided to maximize efficiency at each store you work with. A guaranteed hourly minimum may apply in wage-floor areas, and drive time is paid along with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery assignments efficiently within client windows.
• Maintain reliable transportation for all tasks.
• Follow client instructions and log hours/earnings accurately.
• Provide good customer service when interacting with stores and clients.
