Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is hiring now for Property Managers who work across multiple locations, combining indoor duties with outdoor site presence and customer‑focused sales.

You assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, conduct daily inspections, audit cash drawers, and help customers stay current on payments. A valid driver’s license and mileage reimbursement support travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based environments.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between sites (mileage reimbursement)

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties
• Assist customers with payments and handle reminder/collection calls as needed
