Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a stockroom associate to receive shipments and maintain inventory records at Pottery Barn Kids. The role supports replenishment of the sales floor and ensures stockrooms and off-site locations stay organized and compliant with safety standards.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of customer service experience, basic product knowledge, and the ability to operate scanning equipment. Flexibility for weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred and stockroom experience.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds; safety procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify customer service to internal and external customers.
• Scan shipments as delivered and ticket stock merchandise.
• Organize stockroom by department and categories.
• Provide feedback on inventory levels and damages.
• Transport merchandise to remote stockrooms and ensure accurate records.
