Qualifications

• Must hold an active and in good standing Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Must have CPR Certification.
• Follows/adheres to organization, federal, and state regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and perform assessments of swallowing, speech, and language.
• Create individualized treatment plans and set goals for individuals.
• Provide training and education for individuals, families, and professionals.
• Document individuals' progress and therapy adjustments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
