Job summary

Ro Health is hiring passionate SPED Teachers to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year. The role offers part-time or full-time options across multiple districts with a school calendar schedule.

You'll design individualized lessons, support students with IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and service providers to foster inclusive learning. Competitive weekly pay and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Special Education Mild/Moderate Disabilities, K-12.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Experience with neurodiverse learners in school settings.
• Strong classroom management and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings.
• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals.
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain progress data.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
• Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent conferences.
• Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations.
• Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes independence.
