Elara Caring is seeking a Special Care Aide (SCA) in Anadarko, OK on a PRN, flexible schedule. You will be the first face clients see when starting services, helping create a positive experience and serving as a key link between clients and the branch team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, as required by state regulations.
• Minimum six months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals.
• Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, CNA or similar certification where required.
• Basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
• Perform housekeeping and household support.
• Assist with errands and transportation when appropriate.
• Monitor client condition and report changes.
• Maintain accurate visit records and documentation.
