Job summary

Compcare Therapeutics in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services for children aged birth to three. The ideal candidate will hold a current NJ license or be in Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist, and will enjoy flexible scheduling to fit personal commitments.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current NJ license or Clinical Fellowship Year as a Speech Therapist.
Ability to provide Early Intervention services and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services to children with developmental delays and disorders
Conduct ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to support children's communication development
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
