Job summary

Pro Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Cokato and Dassel, MN. This part-time/PRN position offers a competitive hourly wage, mileage reimbursement, and a bonus program up to 2,500 USD paid over 18 months.

The role requires CCC-SLP certification and MN licensure, with responsibilities including evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to enhance patient communication and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current MN Speech Therapist License.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and/or required.
• Experience with Home Health care regulations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide speech and language therapy interventions.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and therapists for comprehensive care.
