Pro Rehab seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to float between Cokato and Dassel, MN. This part-time/PRN role offers flexible scheduling, a wage range of $42-$55 per hour, and mileage reimbursement.

Eligible candidates have CCC-SLP and MN licensure to deliver quality care across homes and clinics. Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating treatment plans, delivering therapy, and educating families.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate from an accredited speech therapy program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Speech Therapist License.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR or willingness to be trained.
• Knowledge of OASIS and healthcare regulations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech and language therapy to patients.
• Educate patients and families on strategies for communication.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to support care.
