Spreetail operates a fast-paced fulfillment center where team members pick, pack, and ship thousands of products daily. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and the ability to work a 10-hour shift on your feet while meeting tight deadlines.

You will use RF scanners for inventory placement and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity. Prior experience with forklift/PIT is a plus, and basic English is required for reading labels and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with reliable attendance.
• Forklift or PIT experience preferred.
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with partner or mechanical aid).
• Basic English proficiency to read labels and finish digital pick lists.

Responsabilités

• Pick & Pack orders to quality standards and stage for carrier pickup.
• Inbound receiving: unload freight, verify counts, stage stock for putaway.
• Inventory placement using handheld RF scanners and standard equipment.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized work zones following warehouse safety regulations.
