Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in our client's skilled nursing facilities, following the physician-established plan of treatment and under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to work in New York
• CPR certification (BLS/ALS accepted)
• Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated clinical competency

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients and families in proper treatment
• Help individuals take steps to improve or maintain health
