Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19–$20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour day shifts. • Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Genuine compassion for older adults
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must pass background check and TB screening
• Reliable transportation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
