Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment and encourage proactive communication across departments.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed; maintain OSHA compliance and department readiness.
• Implement personal development plans to sustain growth of department personnel.
