Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our distribution operations in California. This role offers a flexible schedule based on business volume, with a mandatory Tuesday shift 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or until finish and additional shifts available by choice.

Shifts are designed to be up to 29 hours per week on average, with the expectation to complete full scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance standards. Training on onboarding may occur during the first week.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience; training provided starting day one.
• Roles require physical activity including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Candidate must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and document processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift &/

Must be flexible to work overtime as/

Ability to follow direction and change

Good verbal and written communication

Experience with computers or POS

Basic English literacy

Education

High School Diploma/GED preferred
