Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate workers’ performance; reward top performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
