Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is hiring a Stocker - Receiving to ensure efficient delivery flow and continuous product availability. The role entails loading and stocking pallets, assisting customers, and maintaining HACCP-compliant receiving practices.

You will work in the Receiving department, handle pallets, tag deliveries, and support basic equipment maintenance while delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Removes pallets from delivery trucks using scooter or pallet/pump jack.
• Stages pallets and merchandise for inspections to meet HACCP regulations.
• Breaks down vendor pallets and separates products for departments.
• Stocks merchandise and secures with wrap on pallets.
• Attaches block tags with item number and delivery date for proper identification and rotation.
• Moves pallets to designated departments.
• Keeps work area safe by cleaning spills and disposing of debris.
• Performs safety checks of equipment before use.
• Notifies supervisor of safety concerns.
• Provides basic equipment maintenance (charging).
• Provides prompt, courteous customer service and assists customers loading/off-loading.
