Job summary

Dust Bowl Fassler Hall Midtown OKC in Oklahoma City seeks friendly, energetic servers to provide excellent guest service, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience in a German beer hall and bowling alley setting. You will welcome guests, present menus, suggest pairings, serve food and drinks, keep the dining area clean, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams while handling payments.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and valid ABLE license or alcohol safety

Qualifications

Previous experience in a serving or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
Passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and provide ABLE license and proof of alcohol safety training.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
Provide menus, take orders, and offer recommendations based on guests' preferences.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including specials and wine pairings.
Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.
Handle payments, provide accurate change, and process credit card transactions.
