Job summary

Dust Bowl/Fassler Hall Midtown OKC is hiring a bartender to join our lively German beer hall and retro-themed bowling venue. You will craft cocktails, wines, and beers, share recommendations with guests, and maintain a clean, organized bar for peak service.

We value an energetic, guest-focused team member with strong communication skills. Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required, with ABLE licensing and safety training preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Positive, energetic attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Must have ABLE license, alcohol safety training, and food handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
• Provide recommendations to guests on liquor, beer, and wine.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring the bar is always prepared for service.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all local and state alcohol laws and regulations are followed.
