Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Flex Relief Patrol in Omaha, NE. Expect 30-40 hours per week with manager-assigned and self-scheduled shifts, adapting to client needs. Pay rate is $19.38 per hour. Must be 18+ (21+ for armed), able to pass background and drug screening, and hold a valid

Qualifications

• Availability to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel between assignments as needed.
• Must pass background checks and comply with drug screening requirements.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering or forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
