Allied Universal is hiring a Temporary Security Branch Flex Officer - Distribution Center. You will join a team that protects clients across industries and leverage a shift-pickup platform to tailor your schedule, gaining diverse site experience.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities in patrols, access control, incident reporting, and emergency response. Requirements include a HS diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, valid driver’s license, and background/drug screening. 21+ if armed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required for employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment; communicate effectively.
• Teamwork and adaptability across posts.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unsafe conditions.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rules and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
