Job summary

You will handle dishwashing, surface cleaning, waste removal, and basic setup and breakdown tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using sanitary cleaning chemicals to meet standards.
• Restocks supplies like soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• Walks and stands for extended periods; may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
