Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI is hiring RNs for on-site care. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents per physician orders and care plans. The role includes supervising LPNs/CNAs and ensuring safety and infection control in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligible for reciprocity.
• CPR certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Preferred: long-term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Assess residents and report changes promptly.
• Document care in the EMR system.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
