Wellspring Staffing is seeking a highly skilled RN Agency Nurse to provide compassionate care across nursing homes and assisted livings in the Amherst, Avon Lake, Lorain, and surrounding areas. You will assess needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and families.

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted RN license issued by state nursing board
Valid CPR certification
Proven RN experience across diverse clinical settings
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems
