Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Proven RN experience across clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and patient populations.
- EMR proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining histories.
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and document medical information accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records in EMR systems.
- Adhere to nursing standards and ethical practices.
- Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
