You will assess patient needs, administer medications, and support residents and families on a flexible schedule while coordinating with contracted facilities to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Experience as an LPN in various clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt to different work environments with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories
