Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule; extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and tracking seat availability in the restaurant.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Bussing and resetting tables.
• Cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
