Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license, BLS, ACLS.
• BSN preferred.
• 0–2 years of nursing experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and documents findings.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy and monitors responses.
• Educates patients and families about care, treatment and risks.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
