Job summary

Sentara Urgent Care Port Potomac in Woodbridge, VA seeks a Flexi-Time Radiology Technologist to perform general diagnostic radiology under physician supervision, including patient positioning, operation of radiology equipment, and preparation of rooms and supplies.

Phlebotomy competency may be required at some sites; Virginia staff must be licensed Rad Tech. Registry-eligible graduates must register within 90 days of hire. Base pay is $30.39–$44.74 hourly, with possible shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Registry-eligible graduate must be ARRT-registered within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed Rad Tech required for staff employed in Virginia.
• Phlebotomy competency may be required at sites performing radiology and lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic radiology imaging under physician supervision.
• Position patients for correct anatomy visualization.
• Operate radiology equipment and electronic radiology systems.
• Prepare patient rooms, supplies and medications as needed.
• Phlebotomy competency may be required for labs at certain sites.
