Sentara Urgent Care Chimney Hill in Virginia Beach, VA is hiring a Part-Time Radiology Technologist for swing shifts. You will perform general diagnostic radiology under physician supervision, position patients, operate radiology equipment, and prepare rooms and materials. Phlebotomy in-lab sites may be required.

Licensed Rad Tech in Virginia is required; ARRT registration or eligibility within 90 days of hire is expected. Base pay is competitive with potential shift incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Registry eligible graduate in lieu of ARRT; must be registered within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed Rad Tech required for staff employed in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general diagnostic radiologic imaging studies under physician supervision.
• Position patients for correct anatomy/pathology demonstrations.
• Operate radiation-producing equipment and electronic radiology systems.
• Prepare patient rooms and equipment; assist with labs if required.
