Job summary

The Palace Rehabilitation and Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a fast-paced SNF setting. You will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to improve residents' mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Responsibilities include delivering treatments under a PT's supervision, documenting progress, communicating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with facility

Qualifications

• Active NJ PTA license required.
• SNF or rehab experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, and functional abilities.
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with residents, families, and staff.
