Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart in Gainesville, FL. You will pick up open shifts through our scheduling app, with one shift every two weeks minimum and a 4-hour shift on onboarding. You must show reliability, punctuality, and teamwork to meet performance expectations.

On-the-job training is provided. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, working in refrigerated areas, and opportunities for shift premiums during night hours and flex shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliability and strong communication are essential.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app, packing the order, and handing it to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock receivables and shelf-life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
