Qualifications

• Two years of experience in two or more trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting).
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• May require a valid state driver license for travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs building facilities across multiple trades.
• Plumbing repairs including sinks, faucets, and valves.
• HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Logs work orders and coordinates with supervisor.
• Willingness to work in varying shifts and outdoor conditions.
