Navy Exchange Service Command in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Maintenance Worker (Flex) to perform a broad range of facility upkeep, repairs and preventive tasks. Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting, with duties spanning guest rooms, public spaces and building systems.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of hands-on maintenance experience in two trades, plus familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience with demonstrated skill in at least two trades (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting).
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations applicable to facility maintenance.
• Ability to perform standing, bending, climbing and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform full range maintenance and housekeeping services for buildings, grounds, fixtures and equipment.
• Work in two trades, maintain work orders, report status to supervisor and follow up as needed.
• Address plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting tasks and document results.
