Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of one year LPN experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Strong clinical, communication and critical thinking skills
- Reliable and adaptable to different care settings
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
