Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN and contract opportunities in Long-Term Care facilities throughout Georgia. This position offers $27.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Immediate openings are available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license required.
• Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• Current physical examination required.
• Two-Step TB Test, TB QuantiFERON, or Chest X-Ray required.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements.
• Ability to perform required duties including lifting and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Evaluate patient status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of care.
