Job summary

Focus Group Services LLC is seeking dependable team members for a fast-paced kitchen role in a dynamic environment. You will support food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen standards to ensure consistently high-quality meals for guests.

The position emphasizes following recipes, maintaining sanitation, and working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams during peak service times. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous BOH, kitchen, or food prep experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Experience in quick service or fast-casual restaurant environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe equipment use.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand recipes and portion standards.
• Perform prep duties including chopping, marinating, breading, portioning, and stocking ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Cook proteins, vegetables, sauces, rice, and sides with speed and quality.
• Prepare made-to-order items such as bowls, plates, burritos, tacos, wraps, and salads.
