Job summary

Village Caregiving in Winchester, KY is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home. We offer flexible shifts, paid training including CPR, and incentives, with competitive pay.

As a caregiver you will remind clients to take medications, assist with mobility and daily activities, help with personal care, light housekeeping and errands, and report any concerns to the office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with clients.
• Willingness to follow care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist clients with mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete exercises and suggest daily routines.
• Run errands or accompany clients on shopping trips when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Record days and hours on care sheets.

Education
