Visiting Angels Bryan is hiring caregivers to serve clients across Central Texas, including Caldwell and Bryan, with flexible schedules, competitive wages, and growth opportunities. You will support clients per custom care plans, handle personal care tasks, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Caregivers receive advanced training in dementia and Alzheimer's care, with opportunities for immediate start and ongoing skill expansion within a supportive office network.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed).
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes on schedule.
• Physical endurance for carrying groceries and assisting clients.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while following dietary constraints.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Bring compassion and a desire to brighten each client's day.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Provide mobility assistance at home and during appointments.
