Job summary

The Copperfield is opening a brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. You will be cross-trained as a Host, Barista, and Food Runner to support a high-energy guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Greet guests, prepare coffee and grab-and-go items, and deliver food with speed and accuracy while ensuring excellent service. Flexible scheduling and tipping culture enhance earnings in this dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
• Interest in hospitality and guest service.
• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating.
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and grab-and-go orders.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while supporting smooth service.
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions.
• Keep front-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Buss, reset tables, and assist where needed.
