Job summary

The Copperfield is opening a brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. You will be cross-trained as a Host, Barista, and Food Runner to support a high-energy guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

Greet guests, prepare coffee and grab-and-go items, and deliver food with speed and accuracy while ensuring excellent service. Flexible scheduling and tipping culture enhance earnings in this dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
• Interest in hospitality and guest service.
• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Host / Barista / Food Runner | The Copperfield – Chaska, MN

$12 - $18 Per Hour | Breakfast/Lunch and Weekend Availability Required

The Copperfield is hiring Hosts with morning and weekend availabiltiye for our brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. At The Copperfield, guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. In addition to our restaurant and bar, The Copperfield features a coffee counter and grab-and-go market located right at the entrance of the restaurant alongside the host stand. Because of this unique setup, team members in this role will be cross-trained as Hosts, Baristas, and Food Runners to help support the guest experience throughout the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas
