Job summary

Home Instead offers compassionate caregiving roles in Davidson, Guilford, and Alamance counties with flexible hours and weekly pay. Caregivers provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and support personal care to help seniors stay safe at home.

Paid training and benefits are available for eligible staff, with a referral program and mileage reimbursement to support ongoing client visits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid caregiving experience (non-family) or CNA/HHA/LPN/LVN/RN.
• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred).
• Two professional references.
• Available for at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing; bilingual encouraged.
• Complete required screening and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Help with meals and light housekeeping.
• Support with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use).
• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home.
