Job summary

KWA Cares Vancouver, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. These are flexible full-time or part-time roles with hourly pay between 23.54 and 27.28, plus paid training and benefits.

As a caregiver you’ll help clients with daily living activities, morning routines, meals, personal care, and companionship, in a supportive, community-focused environment across Clark County.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set time.
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Experience as a caregiver.
• Preferred: Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines and daily activities.
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Support clients with mobility and daily tasks as needed.
